At Ance Gria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ance Gria account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
